How do you use Stargazer Silverlock toner?
Apply Stargazer Silverlock toner to washed and towel-dried hair. This product is designed for use after you have bleached your hair. Evenly cover your hair (one bottle of Stargazer Silverlock tends to cover shoulder length hair), then allow your toner to process. The processing time will vary depending on the starting colour of your hair and the result you are hoping to achieve. The longer you leave it on your hair, the more purple colour will deposit. Perform a strand test to find your ideal processing time.
