Here are the questions we are always asked - answered!

☑ Do I Need To Book?

No. We currently offer a walk-in service and no bookings are required. 

We do operate a queue system, where you may be asked to return to the store later if we are busy or the queue is built up.

With the queue system, you can opt to be notified by text message when it is your turn to be pierced.

☑ Do You Have Any Piercing Offers?

Check the studio page or even the social media pages of the studio you wish to visit to see if they are running any offers.

You can always contact the store in advance to check for any offers or special deals to avoid any disappointment.

☑ Do I Need To Fill Out Any Forms?

When you arrive at one of our piercing studios you will be checked into our Piercing system via a handheld tablet.

We'll ask for your details, ask a few health questions and ensure you're happy with the piercing procedure before you have your piercing and before you leave the store.

☑ Can I Bring Someone With Me?

You are welcome to bring someone with you for your piercing. However, due to the varying size of our studios, we may not be able to allow them entry to the piercing studio with you.

Please remember, that for some piercings it is required for the piercee to bring a parent or guardian with them to provide the consent required to complete the piercing.
