Does Manic Panic Virgin Snow lighten hair?

Manic Panic Virgin Snow Toner is designed to neutralise yellow tones in bleached or dyed hair. While the blue-tinted toner does not have the lightening qualities of a bleach it will leave you with white hair, if used correctly.

How do you use Manic Panic Virgin Snow?

Just like all Manic Panic hair dyes, Virgin Snow toner can be applied to dry or towel dried hair. Always make sure to wear gloves when using this product and read the instructions first. Cover your hair in Virgin Snow and comb through to get even coverage. Next, leave to process for about 30 minutes before rinsing your hair with cool water.

Manic Panic Virgin Snow lasts for 4 - 6 weeks.
