DESCRIPTION
This alternative band t-shirt features a smiley face on the front with ‘No Fun Tour 84’ split above and below.
The smiley face has four bullet holes in its face and chipped edges, with blood dripping down the dirtied face. On the back, another circle is surrounded and split in half by red, like an out-of-place traffic sign. On one half, the words ‘Sex, Drugs and Rock & Roll’ can be seen in a large, clear font, whilst the other half appears to have ineligible writing covering the space. In yellow, Motley Crue appears at the bottom of the circle, followed by a cheeky ‘See Ya!’. This top has a fun design with cheeky graphics.
This American Heavy Metal band formed in 1981 and has sold over 100 million records worldwide since, with twenty-two Top 40 mainstream rock hits. The band was highly controversial, with addiction problems, run-ins with the law, backstage antics, clothing and make-up, and satanic imagery leading to international uproar. Retrospectively, the 80s were a high point for American Rock ‘n’ Roll.
