How To Dye Your Hair With Manic Panic Fuschia Shock
Before you begin applying your Manic Panic Fuschia Shock hair dye start with towel dried hair. Apply your hair dye to your chosen hair strands using a tint brush and then gently comb to ensure you have evenly covered your hair.
